“Items ok but postage and packaging were over £4, despite items packaged in a jiffy bag worth around 30 pence and actual postage price 88 pence”

“Ordered a single flip bin 50L , lovely teal colour. Took slightly longer because colour was out of stock . Arrived well packaged, top quality product and very sturdy. Would highly recommended.”

“Ordered a bathroom set. Was originally given a date mid October for delivery but this was subsequently revised to January 2021. Not ideal but I rang them and very helpfully they were able to sort 2 out of 3 items which were delivered the next day. Great customer service and of course quality products.”

“Sorry but I was very disappointed with my bin. I didn’t realise that you have to take the whole outer sleeve off to empty it and as it was to sit inside a cupboard this meant I had to lift the whole bin out from the bottom out of the cupboard to get the sleeve off. The push opening is not big enough to empty dirty plates with food on them and therefore made a mess ...... again as you can’t just lift the lid off this was a problem. Finally the push opening does not seal well enough to stop smells. The actual structural quality of the bin is good though . I also bought the bin liners and as I am unable to use the bin these liners are redundant as they don’t fit any other bins”

“thank you for your rapid dispatch of our order for the under sink waste bin However although we consider ourselves to be quite practical we felt we needed a degree in engineering to follow the very confusing picture instructions.. Using common sense we now have a wonderful fully working bin which we hope will last us for years”
