"Where do I start, I bought my dress May 2024 for my wedding July 2025 so a year before hand. \r\nFast forward to March\/April 2025 and I have been on a big health kick and have lost 3&half stone. My seamstress told me not to worry she will look over it and should make it work. Went to my appointment with her and it was way too big to be taken in and would not resemble the beautiful dress I purchased. Contacted head office and pleaded to them about me going from a wedding dress size 20 to a 14. \r\nThey emailed me and said they would make arrangements for me to go into the Newcastle store and I could try on the size 14 and if it fit a lot better I could swap my dress. They made my day and I actually cried with happiness as my wedding was 9 week away. \r\nI went into store and the girls were amazing. Let me try my dress on and let me swap for a brand new one. My dress was untouched and not altered so this was possible to do. \r\n\r\nThey have made my wedding and a Bride a lot less stressed. \r\n\r\nThank you so much this you went above and beyond for me and I cant thank you enough. \r\n\r\nMy wedding is still 7 weeks away but I have uploaded images to show the difference the dress looks in the difference sizes. "

"I went here originally at the beginning of my dress journey and tried a few dresses on! Ally was very good! She was lovely to work with and so patient and was genuinely interested in what I was looking for. I tried on a dress I fell in love with but wasn't quite right. She took the time to go through the options with me and let me know if I ordered it how I wanted the time frame I was looking at and wrote it all down for me. A few shops later and I was back!! This time with the lovely Ashley who was amazing too! She was there to help me try the dress on again and one with the colour scheme I wanted. She made sure I ordered the correct dress in the correct colour. No other shop gave quite the same customer service experience And for an \"outlet\" there is really no comparison. I would highly highly reccommend trying this place. I have done a custom order but the dresses they have are amazing and so so much choice! Thank you girls I never thought I would find my dress but now I can't wait for my day! \u2764\ufe0f\u2764\ufe0f"

"To everyone that works at the Burton Store.\r\nI came to visit 6th April to look at bridesmaid dresses for my daughter. Katie was the lady that helped us. She let us look at dresses with no pressure. We picked I think it was 5 dresses in total for my daughter to try on. At the end she let my daughter retry a dress on as we needed to see it again to make sure it was the right one. She then helped us with the colours as the colour we wanted wasn\u2019t available. So picked a colour very similar to it and she just happened to have a dress in that colour so we could see what it looked like. We went down and paid for the dress. My daughter loved it.\r\nWe then came back to the store 12th May to look for my dress. Once again we were seen by Katie and she could remember us. Once again we were allowed to look at dresses and selected ones I wanted to try on. I picked 5 dresses in total and my daughter picked one as well. Once I had tried on all the dresses I narrowed it down to 3 so she let me try those 3 back on. I was sure I had found the one but asked if we were ok to go for a drink and talk before fully committing to a dress. Came back about 45 mins later. Tried that dress on and I was sure but I felt something was missing. So we started trying on different veils and then a veil my daughter picked out was out on and that was it I knew that dress and veil were the one as I got the feeling everyone was talking about. So I said yes to the dress. Nothing was too much for her. She is an asset to your store. So I just wanted to say a big thank you and I can\u2019t wait till I come back to pick up my dresses.
