“The actual product was very good, however the customer service and response to queries was terrible. I sent an email which did not receive a response I chased this up twice, on the third day I received a response. I emailed back with a further query to which I did not receive a response? Because of this I then found another company to action that part of the job. I rang on the Monday to ask whether the two parcels that were being sent to me could be delivered together, the person on the phone said they didn't know and would ask someone to call me back...which they didn't. the items did arrive together .....however they arrived a day late as the parcel did not reach interlink in time. From working experience with couriers this leans towards the fact that the delivery was not booked in on time. The product is good but the poor communication and lack of customer service really left a bad taste in my mouth and delayed my wedding invites.”
