“The PLA filament itself seems fine, but I did want to flag a few issues with this order. One item arrived damaged. Additionally, 10 of the 12 spools had punctured bags, which left the filament exposed to moisture and air/weather. The filament ends also weren't secured on any of the spools, so they unspooled a bit after fully opening their bags.”
“Had a couple orders from Voxel so far, a filter system, PLA, and Hula feet. Haven't used the PLA yet, but the filter and feet seem to work really well. The table has a spot that normally vibrates and makes a noise but that's been greatly reduced. The filtration system appears to be working great in the enclosure, I don't have air quality measuring equipment, but my nose says it's doing something lol. Will definitely purchase again for my printer upgrade.”
“I installed the Bento Box for my Bambu P2S. It was easy to install, well made, and the instructional video and documentation were very good, I definitely recommend this.”
“This is my second time buying Voxel PLA filament, and while the filament is great, I kept getting strung along after not getting my order. It took 3 months to get my order, and only after working through PayPal to get a refund did they actually ship. What a garbage company and a horrible way to do business. There are tons of other companies with equally good filament that I’d rather buy from over Voxel PLA.”
“I purchased the HULA anti-vibration feet for my K1SE and my K2 base printers. While the quality of the product is excellent they both did not contain the adapters needed to fit the bottom of the printers. Once I contacted customer service they did send me the files so I could print my own adapters.
The feet work great and really cut down on the amount of vibration each machine had. And customer service was very quick to respond. I just wish the adapters had originally been included in the package.
I highly recommend these feet to anyone who is considering getting them!”
“It works as stated. Two things: the screw instructions should state there is a plasic screw plug that matches the H2C. I wasted time trying to line it up because it's installed 6 inches from the wall and cannot see where the holes line up.
Second for the H2C, make a aux fan product that slides into that base the has a 3" hose outlet for when people want to vent outdoors. Just pull the filter out and slide the adapter in and route the hose outside.”
