“The delays in shipping make ordering filement a non starter. I don't need filement 4-6 weeks from now.
We were using voxel for prototyping because of their pricing but it seems pricing is starting to compete with better filement without it being a better filement.”

“I have used quite a bit of VOXELPLA PETG filament in my Bambu Lab X1C. I really like the way the filament performs without a whole lot of tuning required. I would have given VOXELPLA a 5-star review, but the issue I have had is receiving broken filament spools. This has required me to transfer the filament to a different spool, which is a pain and resulted in breakage to my spool winder in the last go 'round. I have brought this issue up with customer service and they were kind enough to credit me for a new spool of filament, but it keeps happening. Great filament, good customer service, but the shipping department needs a little work.”
“Loce the product bit shipping has some definite need for improvement. You all ship USPS they take way to long. If you shipped UPS it would get hete in two days instead of 2 weeks”

Thanks for the kind words! You can use Bambu Lab presets for all of our filaments. We are working with Bambu to bring it into their slicer as well.
