Recently had a Verisure alarm fitted, the engineer was polite and friendly. Talked us through everything showed us how to link it to our phones and what to do in certain situations, would definitely recommend itโ€™s made us feel safer and knowing if we are away they look after everything for us

On a recent visit to check my front door the gentleman was extremely courteous professional and friendly, he took time to go over all the alarm points and cameras. Very reassuring.

Verisure is very good in all areas of security with in the Home, no long waits for an appointment, alarm is also connected well with help if needed if persons are on holiday.

Verisure continue to give us peace of mind and provide excellent customer service. We have been very happy with the setup, service and support from Verisure. Everything works and if there is ever a problem it is sorted out quickly and efficiently. Excellent peace of mind and a great company.....not often I say that!

We decided to go with Verisure in the end, we struggled with a lot of the competition in the market and who to choose, but nothing came close to Verisure. The reason we chose Verisure was because of the 24-hour monitoring and the fantastic Zero Vision add on. These were a huge factors for us when selecting an alarm company. Our monthly subscription is well worth it too. It gives us fantastic peace of mind. In our dealings with Verisure they have been a fantastic company to deal with and everyone has been so helpful from the telesales operators to the installers of the equipment to the false alarms we've had while we were away for Christmas holidays. We can certainly recommend Verisure for anyone considering an alarm..

Joe was professional but down to earth, explained everything and tested equipment to within an inch of its life before leaving. I now have a safe home for my family. Joe is an asset to your company.

Think before you purchase, and remember there's no such thing as a free gift. The only thing very sure are interested in is the contract that you will sign that makes them a fortune. You can actually buy all the necessary equipment online and install it yourself, with this self-installed system you can select the people who you know will protect you and your property.

We had our installation done by Hadi.We found him to be very professional, very accommodating, polite and patient.We experienced excellent service, start to finish.All credit to Hadi.He explained all the functions to me and my husband more than once until we felt confident enough on how it worked and said we could call him any time if we needed advice.We were very happy.Thank you Hadi.

I have no idea why these reviews are so bad on this site! Go to TrustPilot, you'll see actual honest reviews and thousands of them! I have been with Verisure for 6 months now. Their customer service is excellent (I actually manage a support desk for the company I work - different sector but regardless, I know what good customer service is) and I have never had any issues whatsoever with Verisure. They are very thorough. They do all the maintenance needed which is included in the monthly price (even come out to change any camera batteries when they eventually need changing although they do last!) Today I spoke to Pete to book in a second Arlo camera in the back garden and possibly a doorbell also. The alarm system is brilliant. It is subscription based (monthly) rather than yearly so if really needed, you could give two months notice and stop all payments after then. You are not tied in for a year or more. The camera's are excellent, all in all a great experience. Highly recommend.

The company came and have me a quote the quote was good ๐Ÿ‘ sales staff knew what they was talking about and not pushy to sell more ! ! Fixing date was made for 5 days later and all went well The same person did the fitting ! Tanya she was so good and knew what she was doing 10 out of 10 for all work ! Everything was fully explained how to use it ! Very happy man and recommend to everyone alarm was fitted on the 29/09/2022 install number 383654
