“Ordered for guaranteed Saturday delivery, never came, rang VapeUK and the guy was lovely, said it would come Sunday. Sadly never came. VapeUK didn't bother emailing myself back or calling myself about my order, so I rang. I was greeted by a staff member who frankly didn't seem to have a care in the world where my parcel was or what was going on, just seemed to want to get off the phone. Eventually get an email from VapeUK, who say parcel is now 'lost' so I comment on the lackadaisical staff member on the phone... Glossed over. Basically in the end they asked if I wanted redelivery, I said yes and commented on how I feel their customer service is poor and now they say I'll get my money back in 5 days and they won't be sending the goods. All in all, use VapeUK if you want to lose your money for 1-2 weeks then get it back with no product delivered, also don't ring them, they don't seem bothered with customer concerns.”

“Zero pain relief, possibly slight relaxation but overall disappointed. Vape juice tasted ok, although seems like there's just food colouring in the oil but flavour is good, vape pen jams tightly.”

Your order left us on Wednesday 18th March on an International shipment which can take 2-15 working days to be delivered, this is during their normal operating environment. “I was hoping it would make me relax ,I brought the 500mg the second strongest,although the flavor was nice but at £27 extremely overpriced, Would not purchase again .”

“Ive used cbd before from other more expensive sources and been fine, however- after buying a replacement pod vape pen (as my other was worn out) and the liquid that i could have with it, after 2 days it caused me to pass out not once but 3 times. Would not recomend buying. £40 down the drain!”

“Really disappointed with this. The flavour is horrendous. The taste is very very strong, like a burnt taste. I'm not a fussy person on flavour but this is unbearable. I've changed 3 coils thinking the coils were getting burnt but I have primed and installed each one properly and still getting the same taste on a brand new vape pen. Nothing fruity or creamy about it. Really disappointed as I was really excited to try cbd oil for the first time to help ease anxiety just can't get past the burnt taste”

“The parcel arrived on time today. I have not tried it yet so can’t comment On the product quality, but on opening I noticed that it is in the 50 ml bottle as advertised, however there is clearly at least 15-20 ml of fluid less in the bottle. So I have ordered a 50ml bottle which contains a maximum of 30-35ml product. This in itself is why I can only give 1 star.”

“first purchase and last purchase from vapeukcbd, tastes disgusting to the point it makes you about to gag or throw up, bottle and other contents in packaging were smelly and sticky, absolutely not a recommendation from me, extremely dissatisfied.”

“I wish to make a complaint about the product. I got it for when my partner returned from working overseas on the 29th for a Christmas present and paid extra to ensure it arrived on time. It leaks when you try to refill it, it spits E liquid into your mouth when using after refilling and the CBD oil I paid for didn't arrived with the vape. It’s a real disappointment as I had been very excited to give it to my partner for him to use when he goes to work over seas again on the 15th of January. I would very much like to return it and be reimbursed for the vape but would appreciate the CBD oil being sent out as I’ve already paid for it. Kind regards Elizabeth Downing”
