“I have only really dealt with Siôn since I have been at Auger and have never had an issue with his responsiveness. The only issue I have had is being Cc'd into an email thread which Siôn said he would chase anyway. Other than that I don't really have much to do with Valto.”

“Valto's engagement in our Project Scope of work has been good through the beginning or initial stages of our project but has wanied a bit as we near closure, this was of course impacted by annual leaves by all parties nonetheless we are now several months behind schedule and it feels as though teh urgency to complete is on our side rather than Valto's.”

“I initially discussed my requirements with Valto to bring my IT systems to a standard for achieving the standard Framework requirements. Several options were discussed with the PM and engineer to ensure that expectations were met. I was assured along the process by the support and knowledge of the team in meeting my needs. Valto ensured that I was informed appropriately, and a series of Project Management gates ensured that they met the timescales needed. Very pleased to have Jack and Adam supporting me through the process.”
