“Having worked in the IT industry for over 25 years as a value-added reseller, I have traditionally relied on my own technical expertise and experience to deliver solutions and resolve issues for customers. In 2021, I was introduced to Valto Limited and shortly afterwards became a customer myself. What immediately stood out about Valto was the depth of knowledge, professionalism and breadth of expertise available across the organisation. Unlike many suppliers who focus on selling products, Valto takes the time to understand business challenges and works collaboratively to deliver practical, well-considered solutions. Throughout our relationship, I have consistently found the team to be knowledgeable, responsive and committed to achieving the right outcome. Whether dealing with Microsoft 365, Azure, Virtual Machines or security, their technical capability is exceptional and backed by excellent customer service. “Having worked with a number of Microsoft partners over the years, I can genuinely say that, in my opinion, Valto are the best in the business. The breadth of Microsoft's ecosystem means it's incredibly difficult to find a partner with the expertise to support such a wide range of technologies, but Valto have consistently proven to be that one-stop shop for us. Over the years Krysalis has worked with them on a variety of projects, each requiring different specialist skills. Dave and Danny demonstrated exceptional expertise in helping me design and build a powerful Dynamics 365 model-driven application. Leigh W recently delivered an excellent Azure Virtual Desktop environment, expertly project managed by Kerina, while the team has also supported us with security hardening across our Microsoft environment. Support tickets when required from Sion W have been consistently outstanding, providing responsive, knowledgeable assistance whenever we've needed it. The list could go on because we've completed many successful projects with Valto over the years, I know I have also left many names out (as they are a well stocked team!) I can say that every experience has been characterised by professionalism, technical excellence and a genuine commitment to achieving the right outcome. I particularly value the quarterly check-ins with Sion, which provide reassurance that our environment remains in good shape, along with the confidence that expert support is always available when we need it. Personally for me I like to learn and understand any new technologies I am deploying and Valto are always friendly and patient in supporting my personal learning goals and they are transparent about the work they complete. “Excellent Power Platform partner for our CRM overhaul As a recruitment agency, our old processes were held together by spreadsheets and a few disconnected systems that never quite worked together. Valto's Power Platform team rebuilt this properly for us. They delivered a model driven Power Apps solution as our new internal CRM and project management system, a Power Pages portal for client facing interactions, a Fabric reporting layer giving us proper visibility across the business, and Copilot agents to support our consultants day to day. The impact has been significant. We've seen around a 20% efficiency gain across our team, saved thousands in licensing costs by consolidating old systems, and our ways of working are far more streamlined than before. Great communication throughout, clearly understood our business, and delivered a solution that's already paid for itself many times over. Highly recommend Valto to any business looking to modernise their systems on the Power Platform.”

“Pre-sales: From the outset, it was clear we were dealing with specialists rather than generalists. Rob led the initial conversations and took the time to properly understand the complexity of our multi-geo environment before proposing anything. Rather than a one-size-fits-all pitch, we got a considered assessment of the specific risks and challenges a cross-geography migration would involve — data residency, licensing implications, and the sequencing of workloads across regions. That early diligence gave us real confidence we were talking to a team who understood the problem, not just the sales opportunity. Scoping: The scoping phase was thorough in a way that paid dividends throughout the rest of the project. Rob and Will worked together to map out every dependency across our tenants — identity, mail flow, Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform assets, and the various integrations tying it all together. Nothing felt like it was left to chance; edge cases and geo-specific quirks were identified and planned for well before migration weekend, which meant there were very few surprises later on. Delivery: This is where the project really stood out. Will was hands-on throughout execution, managing the technical migration with precision and keeping communication clear at every stage — before, during, and after each cutover window. Rob remained closely involved too, making sure the project stayed aligned to the original plan and that any issues were resolved quickly and calmly. Migrating across multiple geographies simultaneously is inherently high-risk, and the professionalism both of them brought to managing that risk was outstanding. Overall, this was one of the smoothest, best-run migrations we've been part of. Rob and Will were pivotal to its success, and the wider team's combination of pre-sales rigour, meticulous scoping, and confident delivery is exactly what you want for a project of this complexity. Highly recommended.”

“I have only really dealt with Siôn since I have been at Auger and have never had an issue with his responsiveness. The only issue I have had is being Cc'd into an email thread which Siôn said he would chase anyway. Other than that I don't really have much to do with Valto.”
