“Decided to upgarde to a new system aHikvision NVR ans 6 camera's, some bought through my son's account them i joined Use-ip and purchased more, From start to finish it was hassle free, we emailed Phil with what we thought would be good for our needs and he confirmed we had decide on the right equipment, we could have got the go ahead and gone elsewhere, but we stayed with use-ip as my son had done a lot of homework on them, placed our order and it was here in no time, yes there are cheaper versions on the market, but with use-ip you know you have peace of mind, top notch service”

“I received the products well packed and on time. Very effective support to solve a small delivery problem. I have now installed all the material received (8x 8MP hikvision cams and a hikvision NVR . PoE ethernet wiring). Everything is working perfectly (trough client software on PC, on my I-phone and also remotely from everywhere through a dyndns address). Very good products!”

“Use-IP oouze customer service right from the time you visit their website through to prompt order deliveries and followup. Their Youtube channel and forum are really helpful in the selection of cameras and range of prodcut suits all types of customers. I don't hesitate to go straight to Use-IP when needing more cameras.”

“This is our second order with Use ip, the first order, we got in touch to with them and told them our thoughts on what we wanted and they confirmed what we needed, placed the order and it came very very fast, So we decided to add 2 more camera's to our system and yet again Use ip came through, this company you can trust them 100%, and their help is much appreciated”

“From initial enquiry to delivery Use-ip were responsive and helpful. Pricing was good and supply was quick. I've since used them a second time and no doubt will be back again when I need to upgrade. Their informative YouTube videos and step-by-step guides were very helpful as well, especially when instruction manuals you get with some products are so poor.”

“USE-IP were very helpful with my questions prior to purchase, I thought this would be the case seeing their web forum and youtube videos. The delivery was dispatched really quickly and had clearly been packaged with care.
