“I don't write many reviews, but absolutely had to leave one. I was browsing the internet, looking for replacement cameras, not really knowing what I wanted (bullet, turret, dome, etc). I stumbled across the site and used the chat function to ask incredibly inane questions. I sent pictures of my property and Kyle consistently responded with excellent advice and pretty much educated me on cameras! He was incredibly patient, and I went from wanting to spend £50 on one camera to try out, to spending £700 on replacing 4 of my outdoor cameras without feeling like someone had run a hard sell on me. I still need to buy more cameras, and use-IP will be where I get them from. Hope this helps someone else.”

They used aerial views, photos and information I provided to guide with my system plans and answered all my questions thoroughly, including supporting information and videos. “I already had 2 smart cameras at 1080p resolution that were fine during the day but not very good with low light but wanted something better, with more features and 4k resolution. I first looked at upgrading to 2, better, smart cameras that seemed to have everything i was looking for. I then stumbled across USE-IP and realised, for the same price, i could get a 2 camera system from Hikvision that is a lot better than i was already looking at, especially in low light. I was new to IP cameras when i started looking but with online support from the staff themselves (before and after i purchased) and a great forum that had all the info i was looking for, i managed the installation and setup myself. USE-IP will definitely be my first port of call next time.”

“I am a private Hikvision user. Use-IP team have been an amazing help. Looking at their web site, they stock many different makes. To be able to have a conversation with their tech team about my specific model of NVR and my specific firmware version is fab. My NVR reverted back to factory settings, a member of the team proficiently assisted me one step at a time revert back to a running position. Thanks Dan. I would recommend their team all day long. Fab team.”

“I've always used use-ip for my IP surveillance needs. In this particular case, I bought 4 Synology camera licenses. Within a few minutes, I got my license key. I was then contacted by the crew at use-ip who asked if I would like to have them keep the license card safe. Talk about proactive - - this was awesome. The team are excellent, very helpful and give you good correct advise. Highly recommend”

“I have ordered several times from use-IP in the past and the help, advice and service has always been second to none. This time was different. I always order Hikvision because they work perfectly. This time I ordered a full set including cameras, NVR and WD purple HDD. Everything worked except the HDD. I contacted use-IP via the online chat and spoke to Emma. I sent a picture of the error on the NVR. She confirmed what I expected. The HDD was defective. She sent a replacement the same day. Once I got it and installed it everything worked. I have always used WD HDD’s and never had a problem. This must have been the one in a million. This is the first time I had an issue with anything from use-IP and all I can say is the after-sales service was exceptional. Highly recommended Hikvision and WD. use-IP is the best place to get them hands down.”
