“This is my first Order beauty of joseon sun cream but I was really disappointed because the packing was fully damaged completely broken item I call to customer service so many time but.... Any how I never ever purchase again UNBLEMISHE”

Hi Tabinda! Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback. I'm so sorry you were disappointed by Royal Mail on this occasion. Although rare, a damaged parcel can happen. This is why we ask on our Delivery Information page on our website for you to refuse a damaged parcel at the door so we may settle the issue directly with the courier and either give you a full refund or replace the item, whatever you prefer.
