“I’ve literally never left a review before, I wasn’t even sure if Unblemish was legit (but I needed my K-beauty soul-product and this was the only place I could find that shipped to me so I took the plunge). But I needed to leave my first ever review to say this site is so cute!! The item came in sweet gift style wrapping, three free samples (which obviously I love and need to buy - I see what you did there 👀), sticker, handwritten note, a lil flower, the works. It was a birthday present from me to me so it was actually super special to unbox. Delivery was really fast too. Thanks so much, will def buy from here again when I need my K-beauty fix. ❤️”

“I have been ordering from UNBLEMISH for a while now and their customer service has consistently outshined anywhere else I’ve ordered from. They have a great range and great prices. When I order, my delivery is always on time and they never let me down. They have a really good points system too. I really look forward to receiving my UNBLEMISH packages, they’re always really nicely wrapped, include the best samples, and have a sweet personal note and cute sticker which I really love. This is also one of my favourite things about the delivery aside my k-beauty goodies. I really love the pink flower, and appreciate your note and the sticker. “So this is my second order from unblemish and I just have to say I'm in awe of how great they are. Firstly products are always genuine and they have a great selection on the site. Secondly the customer service is beyond amazing. Order always arrives beautifully with samples, tea and stickers (which im trying to collect at this point, love em so cute! ) My last order 2 items was out of stock, they emiled me asap to let me know and helped a girl out big time! It arrived and then was missing a couple of items so I emailed them to let them know and they went above and beyond! I genuinely love this site and it's my most trusted and favourite k-beauty site to order from! ❤️ I can't wait for them to expand the product ranges one day, especially makeup! “Have never recieved a parcel packed so cutely before! Not only did it came with my orders, it had a sticker, a flower, a tea bag, a thank you card and sweet-smelling shredded paper too! Reminded me of the soap my family used back in the past. Thank you Unblemish!”
