“Extremely pleased with this online store. The items came very quickly and packaged beautifully. I take care if sending anything and if someone else makes the effort it's more personable and means i will return. The addition of the 'Love' teabag made me ecstatic as it's my favourite tea anyway so overall, the whole experience was beyond.”

I found these guys on Google and I have to say that apart from their products being more affordable to others,they have an amazing customer service experience. “Fantastic service: super fast UK delivery (ordered on a Sunday, got it on the Wednesday) and lovely packaging with cute handwritten note and samples. Website itself is pretty to look at and has a great range of K-beauty products. So useful to have a UK based company to order this stuff from! 10/10 would recommend.”

“I like to shop from here as I know this is a new small buisness and i do like to support that. However i wish there was more selection of brands, like Dr.G, or Hera etc. I also find the website a little slow. Sometimes i cant even see the pictures of the products. I also wish they would add a proper descriptions of the products and their benefits etc. Other then these I probably will come back time to time but wish they would improve on the above so i dont have to use Yessstyle or Stylevana.”

“Recently started using korean skincare products and wasn't sure where to buy them for a reasonable price in the UK. Came across this website when I was browsing and haven't been any luckier since! Skincare products were all genuine but not overpriced, simple website that didn't redirect or cause hackers etc., and the delivery was sooo fast! Also, gave free samples which was great :) Thanks so much!”

“Beyond cute service! They have all the most popular korean skincare a girl could wish for and the prices are crazy good compared to other sites I've bought from before. I had a question and the customer service was awesome and when my parcel arrived (super quickly!) it had cute extras and the box smelt like roses. It felt like opening a giftbox! I'm so happy with the experience and can't wait to order again xxx”
