“Pleasantly surprised! Fast delivery and when it came, I was very pleased with packaging. Nice box with pink tissue paper shreds and a few small treats like samples and stickers - making it that little extra special. Not to mention the hand written note. Very pleased!”

There was a misunderstanding on my behalf, yet she was so kind to explain the situation to me and offer alternate solutions - in summary the customer care service is a 10/10! In addition to the best customer service, their packaging is the cutest thing ever, it comes with mini skincare samples from a range of different brands, goodies (e.g. stickers) in addition to a little thank you card which when you flip around, also contains a step-by-step guide on which order your skincare goes in.
