“Ordered the items based on the website potes but when the straps arrived they weren't as the photo and not what i wanted. I emailed them straight away to let them know and i was told they are made to order and couldn't send them back although it does say 30 day returns. I don't think the girl on the phone ad any idea about the company tbh. Eventually, customer services got involved and said i could return them but i was to pay for the postage which i said no. They then told me to box up the straps and their courier would collect them but didn't give me a date until i had to ask 4 days later to when they were collecting them to which they said he had already been 3 times but there was nothing to collect which was a complete lie as we know the local driver. Still not resolved 3 weeks down the line very poor service will never use again”

Hi, We are somewhat confused by your review and believe you may have left it for our company by mistake. The products you ordered from us were off the shelf and not bespoke and also you only ordered a week ago from us(18th August) so your comment stating it has been over 3 weeks trying to resolve the matter does not tally with your order with us. We also have no record of any contact from you relating to your order. If this is a mistake we kindly ask that you edit or delete the review. Thank you.
