“Both items very reasonably priced and delivered promptly. Unfortunately, both (Aubiose and Excel rabbit nuggets) were damaged in transit and had holes in their bags; although it was just a matter of taping over the holes, some of the hemp (Aubiose) spilled out and I had to vac the carpet - hence a 4-star rating rather than a 5.”

“Every thing is fine with delivery and quality of feeder but my chickens are still very wary of the feeder and still not eating from it, a slip of paper with a few helpful tips and would have been a perfect 10 out of 10.”

Hi Alistair, Thank you very much for your kind and honest review. We take feedback very seriously and have looked into the issue of packaging for you. We are constantly taking steps to review our packaging methods in order to reduce our costs, and our environmental impact. Unfortunately, with powders such as the one you have purchased, previous experiences have resulted in spillages and leaks when less packaging was used. These items are very prone to damage by 'crushing'. This can often happen during transit when it is placed alongside bulky or heavy packages in the vehicle. For this reason we add extra packaging to powders and liquids to ensure they arrive in the appropriate condition.
