“Hi I recently purchased earrings for my partner for valentine's day they came on time and were beautifully wrapped. After a couple of days I asked my partner why she wasn't wearing her earrings,she was embarrassed to tell me that when she opened the gift there was only one earring in the box . She loved the earring she received but unfortunately I ordered a pair,I don't know wether this is the correct forum to put this complaint on but hopefully it will find the correct people.”

The tracking information shows that Royal Mail have attempted delivery, but unfortunately there was no answer on each occasion. “ordered an infinity charm for my partner for valentines day, paid £35 for it delivered and wrapped and a totally different charm arrived, imagine my face giving it to her and being totally different. it meant nothing the one i recieved. I was furious valentines morning”
