“Prompt delivery but paid for the gift wrapped service and sent it to that person only to find it wasn't wrapped. It was all separate so the gift wasn't in the gift wrap. Got a refund for it straight away though.”

Thank you for your review! We am very sorry that the gift wrap wasn’t applied as it should have been and we completely understand how disappointing this must have been for you. Although the gift‑wrapping fee was refunded straight away, we are genuinely so sorry this fell short, especially as it was being sent straight to the gift recipient and should have arrived properly wrapped for them.
