“I purchased one of these about a year ago. Unfortunately the blower cover was damaged last week , I contacted their agent to try and purchase a replacement. The part is a very lightweight cover which sits on top of the tank. I was quoted £42 for the cover which is expensive in my opinion. However further to this quote was a delivery charge of £65 for a pallet load. In my opinion this is overkill. Other manufacturers have much lower delivery charges for similar items. Typically £7-£12. When questioned I was pushed to approach their dealer TFE who hasn’t responded despite two calls. If I had the choice again I would go with a different company, one who is more tailored to their customers needs.”

“I am more than disappointed with the Tricel system. We had a Kleigester for the first 18 years since buying our property and never experienced any problem or odour. We had a Tricel installed in 2019 based on a 5 bedroom property housing upto about 13 people and for the past 3 years there's been a constant odour!! There are 2 of us living in a 4 bedroom property!! I contacted Tricel thinking there could be an issue due to something we were doing wrong or a problem with the system but clearly we're not and they have no solution!! I would be very hard pressed to recommend The Tricel!!”

“Though my request for technical support was referred, there was only a cursory engagement with the problem I have with my Tricel UK6. Also, the proposed servicing agent, though potentially helpful, is based in Bromsgrove - 65 miles from where I live in North Shropshire. Thus I am left with a problem on which I urgently need more advice.”

“Most of the time when you fill in an online contact for you get zero response. In the case of Tricel they were a notable exception making contact within an hour and following up over the next couple of days to supply the information that I needed. This type of professional response will serve both Tricel and their customers well for the future! Comfort International Limited”

“I was told that an area sales person would contact me and still nothing this is not a very good experience so far I was looking for a Uk 10 with a pumped outlet and as the project is nearing the time that we need it but still no contact very poor indeed as made the initial en quality 3 months ago although the office emailed back quickly it’s the follow up call that didn’t happen!”

“All ok , good strong vessel and if you could stick to Medo air blowers then longevity of the system would improve over the green air blowers. It would really help if you could make raising kits of 150mm as 250mm is sometimes too much of a jump! Regards Paul Howe”

“Recently had a UK6 STP installed. The tank appears to have intrinsic design flaws. Firstly, it is visually hideous, with a tall bright green plastic dome sticking up. Far more importantly, it is causing significant noise pollution. The blower is so loud I can hear it distinctly from inside my house. I asked Tricel about the noise and a helpful employee came out - and told me that the tank/blower is fine, the noise level normal and - according to Tricel - acceptable. Yet the way the thing is designed means there are wide gaps - up to c1cm - between the blower housing and the tank (why??); and the design of the blower housing means it acts as an echo chamber. In contrast, I had to put my ear within inches of my neighbours' tank in order even to work out that it was switched on. I am gobsmacked that Tricel is selling this monstrosity and very angry that I have unwittingly introduced (completely unnecessary) noise pollution into my quiet neighbourhood. I am just waiting for complaints from my neighbours.”

“We had a Tricel UK50 installed in September 2021. Our local sales representative was extremely helpful in assisting us in selecting the right product and the order, delivery and installation went without a hitch. Having operated the plant for just short of two years I would recommend anyone install and Tricel product.”
