Fantastic products and very well made. They feel sturdy and robust. They're not the cheapest but you do get what you pay for and I think given the quality of the product the price is justified. They're custom fitted to your vehicle. Just plug in your Reg and Travall will tell you which guard ans Divider will fit your car. Very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend

Ordering the mats was an easy enough process and delivery was quick . The fit of the mats is spot on . I thought they might have been slightly heavier duty but I suppose the price reflects this . I can't comment on service life , hence I gave given 4stars

Be very careful when ordering that you are sure the product is exactly what you need as the returns policy is extremely poor. Everything has to be in original packaging and they don't provide returns paperwork or advice in the delivery paperwork or online. I had to email to find out how to return an item, then got sent a link to their preferred courier who wanted over £50 to ship the part back!

Great delivery time over christmas but ended up not receiving the dog guard due to a DX driver who would not give me the item on the doorstep. Dealing with the return and refund was easy thanks very much.

We had a few problems with the express service DPD. Only one package was delivered, the other was delivered by the service provider to another family 2 kilometres away. The customer service was very professional and patient and always friendly. There is no better way to solve problems.

Excellent customer service, there was a slight delay with the car mats which Ellie very quickly sorted out and the item arrived the next day.
