“ Be very careful when ordering that you are sure the product is exactly what you need as the returns policy is extremely poor. Everything has to be in original packaging and they don't provide returns paperwork or advice in the delivery paperwork or online. I had to email to find out how to return an item, then got sent a link to their preferred courier who wanted over £50 to ship the part back! ”

Their divider said it would fit my 2025 Honda CR-V and it did not, but I had to put it together to discover this. Since it was opened, they did not issue me a full refund. Additionally, they forced me to pay for shipping, which was extremely expensive. ”
