Travall make really good products at a good price point. From past experience I am confident that their mats will be fit for purpose and ordering from the website is straightforward. The only poor experience with my most recent order was that of delivery. Travall use Evri who, in the area I live in, are useless - the order took a week to arrive, and even then was delivered to the wrong address.

We are very pleased with our purchase. We needed something to separate our two dogs in the boot as one of them is very car sick and the other is horrified by it! It felt like a lot of money to spend at the time but it was well worth it. It was fairly easy to fit and is very well made and fits like a glove. We have been using it for our holiday in Devon and it hasn’t rattled once. It’s solid and secure. Well worth the money! It also arrived very quickly so ignore any reviews you read about speed of delivery!

Be very careful when ordering that you are sure the product is exactly what you need as the returns policy is extremely poor. Everything has to be in original packaging and they don't provide returns paperwork or advice in the delivery paperwork or online. I had to email to find out how to return an item, then got sent a link to their preferred courier who wanted over £50 to ship the part back!

Refunds - Difficult

Company will not issue a full refund for products that do not perform as they are described. Their divider said it would fit my 2025 Honda CR-V and it did not, but I had to put it together to discover this. Since it was opened, they did not issue me a full refund. Additionally, they forced me to pay for shipping, which was extremely expensive.

However, the Travall lady on the end of emails was helpful and I did get my refund, albeit after a long time and hassle.

Travall sent me a boot liner that was completely different to the picture on their website, they then insisted that I paid the postage to send it back to them for a refund. That's not really fair in my book.
