“ Be very careful when ordering that you are sure the product is exactly what you need as the returns policy is extremely poor. Everything has to be in original packaging and they don't provide returns paperwork or advice in the delivery paperwork or online. I had to email to find out how to return an item, then got sent a link to their preferred courier who wanted over £50 to ship the part back! ”

Customer service initially agreed to a refund, then attempted to make the customer pay return shipping for a non-conforming product. Incorrect product information and poor resolution process. ”
