Travall sent me a boot liner that was completely different to the picture on their website, they then insisted that I paid the postage to send it back to them for a refund. That's not really fair in my book.

Ordered a product advertised as fitting all Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross models from 2017 onwards. It did not fit a 2023 model — the guard mounting points do not align and the boot liner is too small. Customer service initially agreed to a refund, then attempted to make the customer pay return shipping for a non-conforming product. Incorrect product information and poor resolution process.

I was very dissatisfied with the communication. I only seemed to receive automatically generated answers to my questions, which were not helpful. One item could not be delivered. I was not informed that I would not receive it, nor was I informed about the refund of the amount paid.

Not the good stuff. My car is hybrid in the site it doesn’t appear any model difference. I had the wrong material and no refund because to send it back it costed more than 300 euros. Very disappointing!

Did not fit, despite putting my reg number in, several emails back and forth before I finally lost the will to live and just asked for a refund, they then dont have a refund policy and ask you pay £60+ with their reccomeneded courier! Would not reccomend
