“Delivery was lost by Evri and this took them several days to realise however Travall sent a replacement out within a day of me notifying them through DX, so excellent customer service, however this replacement was also delayed, but at no fault of Travall. Excellent customer service, who got back to my email within 5 minutes, no joke! Potential to partner with a different delivery service but other than that there are no issues at all.”
