“I would not buy from this business again. They are incredibly difficult to get hold of once they have taken your money. The product looks good, but if you want an exchange, or have any sort of query, you may find you are waiting many weeks. You can only contact them via email or message on Instagram, and even then they don't respond quickly. I'm still waiting for any sort of response to confirm that my returned boots arrived back with them safely, and that they can provide an exchange. I'm very unimpressed.”
“I'm still waiting on how Trashplanet handles the exchange for the right size shoes, I bought my daughter for Christmas. I have not had any luck talking to a real person to help resolve it.”
