“5 STARS for a VERY GOOD rating, just doesn't cut it with these guys. I have been a customer for about 15 years and in that time, they have never disappointed or let me down. Challenge them to provide you with their best quote and they will surpass your expectations. It's not just prices where they excel. Their customer service is second to none. They are completely professional, customer focused as well as being a very personable team. My 5 STARS today is for EXCELLENT SERVICE AND PERFORMANCE.”

“Helen @ TotalID provided great assistance in specifying and supplying a badge printer and associated software, including a demo copy of the softwatre to evaluate prior to purchase. Once ordered, the printer was delivered overnight. Overall, great service. Thank you! Rob”

“We recently ordered gift cards through Total ID for Kilmurry Lodge Hotel and couldn't be happier with the experience from start to finish. From our very first enquiry, the team was helpful and accommodating. A special mention must go to Helen, who went above and beyond to investigate whether the cards would be compatible with our POS system, her diligence and patience in getting that confirmed gave us complete peace of mind before we committed to the order. Delivery was quick and efficient, and the finished product looks fantastic, the design is exactly what we had envisioned and reflects our brand beautifully. We would highly recommend Total ID to any business looking for a reliable, professional gift card supplier. We will absolutely be returning customers.”

“There is simply no fuss with Totalid. They always give you a fair, competitive price and deliver on time. There is no hard sell. You never feel that the staff are under pressure to "close deals" and as a result, they make time for you as a customer. Sales staff are friendly and professional. Products are as good as any other company who may charge you more. I completely recommend Totalid to anyone looking for ID products.”

“We have used Total ID for many years now and have always found them very professional. They are always helpful and fulfil our orders very promptly and efficiently. The price is always very good and beats the other suppliers. Stella the accounts manager is especially good at getting the cheapest price for the goods and keeps us well informed of any updates or changes. The delivery is very quick which is a bonus.
