“There is simply no fuss with Totalid. They always give you a fair, competitive price and deliver on time. There is no hard sell. You never feel that the staff are under pressure to "close deals" and as a result, they make time for you as a customer. Sales staff are friendly and professional. Products are as good as any other company who may charge you more. I completely recommend Totalid to anyone looking for ID products.”

“We have used Total ID for many years now and have always found them very professional. They are always helpful and fulfil our orders very promptly and efficiently. The price is always very good and beats the other suppliers. Stella the accounts manager is especially good at getting the cheapest price for the goods and keeps us well informed of any updates or changes. The delivery is very quick which is a bonus. “The team at Total ID were diligent and considerate in the entire process of ordering our lanyards. We wanted them fast and shipped to Australia and the team made sure the process was as seamless as possible.
