Ordered 3 items. First one we opened was badly damaged so left the other 2 boxes unopened - I have to pay £30 return fee for the unopened boxes even though they have to come to collect the faulty item. They won't place all goods in the room of your choice. So they put the bedside cabinet boxes upstairs but not the chest of drawers! In other words they do the easy stuff. I say steer clear of this company - other reviews seem good but for me this has been a bad experience from start to not yet finished! I am still awaiting collection of the goods and a refund

After waiting 13 weeks it arrived unpacked it to find that it was awful, screw marks on holes splits in the wood blue dye dirty handprints broken hinge, top part of wardrobes had bellied out so not straight at all made from hardboard not oak ,it is up for a refund and I am waiting for a date for this to be collected as I can’t use my room nmm

I had to return the dining chairs as I thought I was getting four instead of 2, but anyhow, the company gave me a refund without any issues, although I did have to pay 20 quid for collection.

However, we were then simply shunned and refused a refund at the Dartford store and was told that “Erin is a new joiner and got it wrong” and that instead we had to pay £30 for collection of the items that did not match their description.

I’m sure the product would have been fine but was never received. Very pure communication and didn’t issue s refund. Had to go through Payment processors to get my money back. Avoid.

continued delays on delivery of item. No mention of being out of stock when payment was taken, no contact from seller about delays, very poor way to do business, I have asked for a refund, we will see how long that takes to get sorted

Having bought the Toulouse Wardrobe and then discovering that it did not fit up our staircase, the customer service team were really helpful in arranging a collection and refund.
