“From Australia, I arranged a gift box with a beautiful blanket, candle and comfy socks for my Mother in Law. The customer service was excellent and my gift arrive in a couple of days. It was very well recieved. Thank you so much.”

“I bought a T-shirt in the sale. It’s excellent quality, if not a little bigger than expected. I also bought some alpaca socks. They feel lovely and soft, and I’m saving them for a Christmas present (even though I’m very tempted to keep them)!”

“Fantastic service. I hadn't use this company before, as I normally stick to trusty old John Lewis! However, I am converted - really pleased I found Tom Lane, will definitely be heading here again. I sent a message after my order was placed letting them know its a gift and was fairly urgent. It was a bit of a longshot, and I didn't really expect a response. However, someone (yes an actual person, not AI Chat bot) called Fleur responded to me straight away and let me know that they will get it out to me that day. My items arrived quickly, beautifully packaged and the recipients were completely over the moon with them. Brilliant quality, fun colours and just as lovely as they looked online. Can't remember the last time I bothered to sit down and write review for a company, but I am genuinely so delighted with my experience.”
