“I arrived at a situation where i needed tiles yesterday due to a problem with the previous tiles I had planned on. Tilers-world to the rescue. I telephoned and found them really helpful. They also talked me through the online ordering system and stayed on the line while I sorted my order to ensure delivery ASAP. Their delivery charging system wasn’t the easiest to understand but they talked me through it. Order made and tiles arrived the following AM. Really pleased with both the ordering process and the tiles. Only downside is that the delivery driver couldn’t remove the pallet he brought the tiles in on, so this is now parked outside my house until I can find someone to help me lift it elsewhere.”

“Quick dispatch. I got a call asking about details of the courier before the pallet was posted. I didnt get a call from the courier like i was told i would have. I know that isn’t exactly the fault of the company. It was lucky I happened to come home at the right time. Only one broken tile out of 25 sq meters. Not bad considering. I would recommend this company.”

“Tiles are excellent, perfect look we was going for. Quick delivery, unfortunately quite a few tiles was chipped but we are going to try and use these ones on the edges where they will be covered with skirtings.”

“Efficient Service & price, however the delivery driver would not take items up our 4.5m wide, level driveway & closer to house!, the first driver in 4 years of building our house that has taken this decision.”

“Even though the tiles arrived broken (courier). Partrick sorted out a replacement box very quickly and efficiently. Really easy to deal with. The broken tiles won’t put me off dealing with you again.”

“There was a misunderstanding with delivery and it turned out to be an issue wit Royal Mail so another sample was dispatched immediately once Tilers World were made aware.”

“Tiles as pictured. Telephone call to arrange delivery, unable to deliver on the day I was avaliable, so I had to arrange for someone to be be home especially for delivery as the tiles needed to be signed for. However, when I got home the next day the tiles had just been left on the doorstep!”
