Terrible! No loyalty to repeat customers who have booked dozens of flights over the year both directly and indirectly for other friends and family. extortionate charges for minor amendments despite terms and conditions not being clear and can see from some of the responses to bad reviews that they do not believe the customers are right. Use another agent, there are plenty out there.

Dear Anonymous, As advised to you by our Customer Care Manager, you were charged appropriately for the name change to correct the name error that you made when booking. This was clearly communicated to you by our agent at the time and you agreed and made the payment. For your information, our terms and conditions state the following: "Please note that airlines do not generally allow name changes on flight bookings, however, some airlines do charge for the same." You have referenced other reviews but this is not a question of the customer being right or not. In situations where we have made a mistake, we will always address this and offer a resolution. In this case, the error with the name was down to you when you entered the information at the time of booking and there is, regrettably, nothing that we can do about this. You advertise tickets fare on website. When trying to book with advertising price website don’t let you book with advertising price. Your website is stealing people personal information. It is big scam. Stop advertising wrong fare on your website if you can’t serve with that fare. Be alert. Big scam. Will not recommend.

Dear "Anonymous", Unfortunately, what you have written is factually incorrect, not to mention potentially libelous. All fares shown on our website are available to book as they are based upon live availability. Like many other online agents, this information comes directly from the airlines via a booking system called a GDS. This is accurate in over 99.9% of cases and if there is ever a problem with the availability, customers are provided a full refund if we are unable to find any alternatives that they are happy with. Our website does NOT steal personal information and we comply fully with all GDPR and data protection legislation. When a customer enters their information to make a booking, this is used solely for the purposes of issuing the ticket and processing the booking/ payment. Please note that words such as "scam" and "stealing" can be considered libelous and we would strongly suggest that these accusations are not repeated. Kind regards, Customer Care Team

Very bad experience with them We book the tickets from London heathrow to Mumbai for November and only one error on name instead of t type r by mistake and they came back to us . we try to explain that they can just change but instead of that they said they have to cancelled both tickets I wonder why mistake was only on one name and they charge us £250 for both tickets they are trying to rob the customer I would never recommend our family nor friends worse agent

I booked my tickets with them and went to my destination but due to sudden Covid-19 reason I had to cancel my return flights. I spoke to them many times over the phone, emails and they said I should get partial refund, its over 3 years now and they haven't sort it yet. They are not even replying my emails back. Very bad service and of course they are not at all interested post sales.

This travel agency is complete scam and full of fraudsters. Never trust these scammers what they say during ticket booking. One of their agent SOURAV had confirmed the tickets are fully Flexi and there will be no amend charges for 2 changes per ticket but only fare difference. Later when I asked to make changes the agent MANDEEP said there are amend charges for all the tickets with fare difference. When I said what I have been confirmed by Sourav before booking, he said he's on leave today but you will get refund if he's confirmed so. After making many calls and Mails there is no acknowledgement of refund which I have been promised. These scammers make you pay somehow and never admit their mistake and refund. This is complete breach of trust and unethical! I would suggest everyone based on my experience never ever book tickets with this fraud travel agency!

Worst companies ever to deal with... they are a team of scammers, liars, and fraud. Staff has no sense of dealing with customers. Legal action should be taken against them. Avoid booking from these scammers!

Extremely bad service I had a medical condition and was not able to fly. Was charged an extortion fee for cancelling. I even said can I use it to rebook at another time I was told no. An absolute rip off company. Never ever book with this airline if go want to book at ticket to India book with the airline direct

They are one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with - not just travel companies, but all round. Their customer service approach is to make customers feel as though they are in the wrong when customers ask questions or call to clarify anything. This has been my experience on so many occasions (I have not booked with them, but often manage my parents' bookings and also overhear how they speak to them). I cannot understand why their attitude has not changed over the years.

I was unable to board my flight, the airline marked me as not a no show and approved the refund of my flight ticket but no response to my emails from Tickets to India. This whole conversation is documented in an email chain where all 3 parties are involved but still no response from Ticket To India. During the stressful moments at the airport, the audacity of Tickets to India staff was to sell me another set of tickets at twice the price instead of helping a customer in need. Even after showing them proof that other providers are offering cheaper tickets, they still dint budge, the whole process of dealing with them was so stressful. When asked pretinent questions, the agent (named Diljit) kept telling me that the line is recorded as if he is personally aware the process they follow is flawed but even he couldn't do anything about it. I sincerly fear for the staff and the working atmosphere this company offers which is to skim the customer as much as possible which reflects in their customer service as well. I even opened a case in Resolver.co.uk, its been more than 3 months but abs no response. I have seen other customers have similar experience so I guess its a common theme with this company. I would urge ppl reading this review to avoid this company at all cost. Just suprised how this company (which is part of Acetrip Ltds) is allowed to operate in the UK. I plan to seek professional legal help in this matter and pursue this further as I am just unhappy with the way these company deals with their customers.

A pathetic and lying company . The head of Legal department Acetrip Ltd who apparently is the head of the company and owns even “tickets to india” company doesn’t know or understand what the difference between the flight was cancelled and the airline didn’t let customer board !!! How can such people even run a company or understand . They have withheld my money since 25th June 2022 and are trying to cheat me for over £1000 !!! They give me 5/6 hours notice and say accept our offer for settlement when they themself have not kept upto any deadlines . Disgraceful!!!

Had a pathetic experience with this company. We booked our return ticket from London To Delhi last year, but as we were unable to travel due to Covid, it was converted to an open ticket. We did not receive any further details on our ticket, and now when we are trying to access our ticket, customer care people are shouting and refusing to help saying we have no access to your ticket. They are refusing to share any detail of our ticket with us or policy regarding cancellation charges, end date etc. What a horrible horrible service. It seems they are just waiting for customers to get into such situation where they need flexible travel options, and then trap them by giving nothing in return and usurp their hard earned money without ever sharing even a single proof of communication. Highly disappointed and disgusted.

100% Fraud Company, Huge Let down in Service!! Absolutely worst company! They have no work ethics or professionalism. Lost more than £1500 despite not travelling with them due to flight cancellation. Offered £25 refund after cutting all the charges! Never book tickets with them, they will steal your money. Worst customer service, no accessibility, inconsistency, staff behaviour very rude and non-polite! Worst top management!Huge let down in service! Customer service will avoid you if you claim refund. Never ever use this agency to book tickets! you will definitely lose money if travel doesn't go ahead. Have a bunch of 'illegal' legal representatives to support the robbery!!

Bad experience I booked two tickets for India together same day. The airline cancelled the flight. I confirmed with the airline about refund issued to TTI but I received refund for one ticket after 8 months and they deducted £15 from refund. After chasing up for second ticket refund, today (after 13 months), they have agreed to issue refund but again(£15) deduction will apply. Please Please DON'T FOOL YOURSELF TO BE THEIR CUSTOMER

They are scammers, cancelled my tickets at last moment, didn't refund my money either, i couldn't book any other tickets because they cancelled it very last moment, taking them to court for my full refund as they stopped replying my email and message, when i call them they put my call on hold for hours and until it's eventually cuts off from their side. Never ever book any tickets from them.
