“I made the booking online which was easy to do but then had to make some changes so called and spoke with Baljit who helped me sort out changing the return date and adding extra luggage. Couldn't fault the website or the phone service and have already recommended to friends. Keep up the good work!”

“I found them very helpful after our flight to Goa got cancelled in May. We got the refund within 4 weeks as soon as they got it from Air India. Although we had to pay the refund fee, we didn't mind as we were told this up front and they are providing a service after all. I really can't understand why some of the other reviewers are complaining about this as we got the refund fee back from our travel insurance company. It seems like people don't want to pay for insurance these days but then expect agents to provide them with the service for free!”
