“The product ordered was not available i was not informed of this until I chased
the delivery. Money was taken and an alternative offered . The original product was 50ml I received the alternative product which was 30ml but the same price. Not very happy š”

The mineral radiance has had a turbulent manufacturing process this year and has been taken out of stock.
I personally had been trying to find products from other clinics in my area to full fill orders
The Cliniccare Dermo corrective which is wonderful @ Ā£44 and 35ml and I gave you a Ā£4 discount as the alternative.
I did my very best for you under the circumstances out of my control

Iām so sorry we had temporary staff in who were finding their feet while we attended industry training in London
On our return all was rectified.
