“I’ve ordered enzyme peel with the fastest delivery that you propose on your website and still haven’t received anything. I’ve called and text you, you’ve sent me the Royal Mail tracking number but until this day (11/04) I haven’t received either the parcel either my money back as I’ve asked.”
This one star review is for Royal Mail not us, we took your order parcel it up gave it to Royal Mail to deliver. We gave you the tracking number to track it. We tracked it for you and they have lost it. We replaced it. Also please review this one start review as it’s not us. That failed. It was Royal Mail.
“You advertised a 24 hour delivery service that cost £9 for my order to take 48 hours to be delivered . You blamed Royal Mail but you shouldn’t offer this service if Royal Mail don’t fulfill your delivery offers.

We provide options of 24 and 48 tracked and insured delivery service this is an aim by Royal mail the only guaranteed service is the guaranteed next day delivery. This is explained when you choose your delivery on how quickly you need your parcel at busy times 24 and 48 are not promised the only guaranteed service is the guaranteed next day of the delivery product supplied by Royal Mail. We will always help you find your products and parcels. We are not the shipping service.

This is an unfair review on us. We did everything on our power to get you the parcel. It has absolutely nothing to do with theskinbay when Royal Mail lose your item.or are late we can’t control that at all
But we will always have conversations and talk to them on your behalf. You can also ring Royal Mail yourself. They send tracking details via text and email to track your own parcels. Your service of delivery and discussion can also be directly with them. Please review this one as it’s extremely damages on our business And all I’ve done for the past five years is have no sleep and miss the growth and evolution of my family to build this business and this is extremely sad for me.
