“From rhe moment I spoke with Zainab I felt a boulder of anxiety released. There's a lot of shame attached to having debt, particularly when you are a proud, hard-working person that has just been dealt a financial blow for any reason. The understanding and non-jusgement as well as step by step explanation was invaluable.”

“I contacted Money Saving Advisors after feeling out of my depth with multiple smaller debts which added up to a much larger sum. I was struggling to keep up with when payments were due and my progress so far. I found all advisors extremely helpful and were able to answer all my questions, which there were many! All the process is obviously quite rigorous, it was made as smooth as possible by Zainab”

“I was greeted by a lovely lady who couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful from the start! I couldn’t remember her name I’m sorry but she was so thorough with all the information throughout and helped me the best she possibly could. If I was unsure on something along the way, she would call me and explain straight away. Everything was dealt with quickly and easily. Couldn’t have gone through a better company.”

“I contacted them and the same day I had a WhatsApp message as I was unable to speak on the phone due to being at work. All my finances and situation was discussed and then we booked in a call with Jamie and he was super helpful and kind and talked me through everything and explained the process. Once I was passed over to CreditFix, Jamie stayed in contact with me the whole time and kept me calm and talked me through everything step by step and checked in with me to make sure I understood everything! Today my IVA was approved and I wouldn’t of been where I am wi the out his and their help! Thanks again for everything! I can finally put my life back together!”
