About The British Blanket Company:

The British Blanket Company is a family-run business bringing colour, comfort and warmth to homes all over the UK and beyond. Founded by siblings Bethan and Joe, we’re passionate about creating beautiful blankets that feel as good as they look.

Our designs begin in our Bristol studio, where we pair joyful colour palettes with timeless patterns. Each blanket is then woven at traditional mills around the British Isles using natural, sustainable fibres like wool and recycled cotton.

What makes us special is our focus on quality, craftsmanship and sustainability. We work closely with our makers and choose materials that are kind to both people and the planet.

Our customers love us for our uplifting colours, thoughtful touches and the cosy feeling that comes with every blanket. Whether you’re treating yourself or sending a gift, we’re here to help you find a little extra joy, every day.

“Ordered the Olive Green Waterproof Picnic Blanket with Straps as a 7th wedding anniversary gift (wool) and was delighted by it! Lovely quality and a really generous size. Love that it's 100% made in Britain + fully recyclable packaging! Would highly recommend! Very quick delivery and easy order process.”

“I bought two beautiful blankets, first a candyfloss pink in merino and then a duck egg in pure new wool. Both are good quality, warm and look exactly as in the website. The delivery was quick too. I would recommend the merino version since it is softer, but both are very good options.”
