About The British Blanket Company:

The British Blanket Company is a family-run business bringing colour, comfort and warmth to homes all over the UK and beyond. Founded by siblings Bethan and Joe, we’re passionate about creating beautiful blankets that feel as good as they look.

Our designs begin in our Bristol studio, where we pair joyful colour palettes with timeless patterns. Each blanket is then woven at traditional mills around the British Isles using natural, sustainable fibres like wool and recycled cotton.

What makes us special is our focus on quality, craftsmanship and sustainability. We work closely with our makers and choose materials that are kind to both people and the planet.

Our customers love us for our uplifting colours, thoughtful touches and the cosy feeling that comes with every blanket. Whether you’re treating yourself or sending a gift, we’re here to help you find a little extra joy, every day.

“What a beautiful throw. I bought it for my bedroom to match my curtains, and it’s a perfect match! Quality is outstanding, very well made. Wanted to support a small business and so glad I did. Will be purchasing another one for my daughter . Loved the packaging is too !”

“I ordered a XL Dusky Pink and Pearl Herringbone Throw on Saturday evening and it arrived on Tuesday. Very pleased with the throw which fits perfectly across the bottom of our king sized bed when folded in half. Beautiful quality and colour. Overall very pleased, thanks.”

“Wonderful soft wool fantastic quality blanket that I purchases for my daughters garden room. She loves the navy blue which incidentally is not too dark but very serviceable for 2 grown up sons and their friends gatherings , football ones and dart matches . She likes it that much I think she would like another one for Christmas. Fast free tracked delivery. There is a beautiful array of colours to choose from and I am really pleased I found you.”
