About The British Blanket Company:

The British Blanket Company is a family-run business bringing colour, comfort and warmth to homes all over the UK and beyond. Founded by siblings Bethan and Joe, we’re passionate about creating beautiful blankets that feel as good as they look.

Our designs begin in our Bristol studio, where we pair joyful colour palettes with timeless patterns. Each blanket is then woven at traditional mills around the British Isles using natural, sustainable fibres like wool and recycled cotton.

What makes us special is our focus on quality, craftsmanship and sustainability. We work closely with our makers and choose materials that are kind to both people and the planet.

Our customers love us for our uplifting colours, thoughtful touches and the cosy feeling that comes with every blanket. Whether you’re treating yourself or sending a gift, we’re here to help you find a little extra joy, every day.

“I ordered 2 armchair throws to dress the bottom of our twin bed and breakfast room. They matched perfectly and photographs were ready to be taken. They arrived all beautifully packaged .Having seen them, felt them, liked the look of them decided they would make rather nice gifts for my family and friends so I got a bit carried away and ordered a few more this morning and one for myself. I am looking forward to giving them and hoping they can have them handy to keep them cosy when we are able to meet and enjoy a drink and food out-side .”

“Ordered our blankets so that we could enjoy sitting outside with friends during lockdown. Lovely colours and beautifully warm. The first day we had a lunch booked outside at the local pub... weather was sunny .... deceiving .... ended up coming home to collect the blankets! They went down a storm!! Lovely.”
