About The Art File:

We are The Art File! We sell beautiful greeting cards, gift wrap, gifts and stationery. Our award-winning cards are sold worldwide through a broad band of design-inspired retailers, which include leading high street names and a vast array of independent stores.

Many of our collections are created by our talented in-house design team, along with highly skilled freelance designers. Some of our popular licensed collections include Sara Miller London, English Heritage, Robert Reader and Kate Heiss.

Sustainability is a key focus for every area of our business. All our greeting cards, gift bags, and gift wrap board is sourced from sustainable sources, whilst all of our cards are printed in the UK. Our cards are offered plastic-free as standard and our boxed cards come in recyclable cardboard. In 2024 we were thrilled to partner with Ecologi and have since helped to plant thousands of trees around the world.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm so sorry to hear that your card arrived later than expected. We send all our orders out within one working day and usually the courier (Royal Mail or DHL) deliver within 1-2 working days. However sometimes during busy period they can take longer to deliver, which has unfortunately happened. We appreciate how frustrating it is when this happens and agree 10 days is far too long to wait. If you would be happy to get in touch with your order number at hello@theartfile.com, we would love to send you a replacement card (for another occasion) with free tracked delivery for next day. “I moved to a suburb of NYC a few years ago and haven't been able to find a good card store. I saw that a card I received and loved was from the Art File so checked out their website. I ordered a number of cards, and they are worth the $20 cost of shipping from the UK! The price per card was actually less than that of many cards made in the US. The paper is high quality and the designs are attractive and clever. Definitely recommend! Thank you The Art File.”
