The first package was supposedly delivered by DPD but not delivered with care and then stolen. Customer services then arranged quickly for a replacement package. Unfortunately, one of which had a leak in but the customer services at the Tile Experience said they would not replace or refund it because it was beyond 14 days. Disappointing because I am not on site to be able to keep on top of such details.

Bad Experience, cancelled order as wasnt delivered on time. Tile Experience still sent the order even though i had purchased from elsewhere. Promised collection, several conversations via telephone (which is also a nightmare to get anyone to answer the phone) basically fobbing me off! Still awaiting REFUND over a month later!!!!!!!!!

Tile Experience customer service was good, they agreed that the delivery service wasn't good enough and they gave me a refund on the £12 delivery cost.
