“Playcabin is perfect for my son and our family, local, caring, play centred time away from home. The staff are super friendly and genuinely happy to be with the children - a small team who know their charges well. Lots of time spent with free flow outside play makes this perfect for runaround kids. Our son is particularly young and settled slowly, during covid was even harder to do this but the staff were gentle and experienced in how to make sure he and I were comfortable.”

“Play cabin has been very important part of all 3 of my children.. They have enjoyed and love all the teachers there. Teachers are so amazing that my children would remember and miss them during past 3 months. As a parent I would recommend Play cabin. Loving teachers who do a very good job.”

“My daughter Helena has attended the nursery for the second academical year now. She really enjoys being there, loves the indoor and outdoor activities, playing with the children and she also developed a strong friendship with one of the girls. I would like her to do more pre-school activities to help her learning the alphabet and numbers to prepare her better for the Reception in September. The staff is really helpful and friendly, overall I am happy with the nursery and I would recommend The Play Cabin to everyone.”

“Staff are attentive, playful, creative and respectful of the children. They work well as a team and really value each child's abilities and potential. The outside space is well used; staff are inventive with games and activities for the children. It feels like a safe and nurturing space with strong relationships (between staff and between staff and children).”

“My daughter loves the variety of play and activities that are on offer. She especially enjoys the cooking and being able to play outside all day. As a mum who doesn't take her and drop her off myself - I feel very out the loop as all info is pinned on the notice board. No letters home/emails etc.”

We are pleased your daughter is enjoying her time with us. Parental involvement is very important to us so we will take the following steps to ensure you are kept in the loop: 1. Review our records to ensure your email address is correctly entered in our distribution list. We send out termly newsletters and other updates as necessary. 2. Make an arrangement with you for you to see your child's special book. This contains photos and examples of work your child has completed. You can also add pictures or examples of work your child does at home. 3. Arrange regular telephone calls from your child's key person to give you an update on your progress. 4. You can also meet with Luisa or the key person at a time that suits you. 5. We will also consider any other suggestions you may have. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.
