“Playcabin is a wonderful playgroup which my daughter enjoyed tremendously. The staff are lovely, warm and friendly and they play and interact with the children through free play and organised activities. The cabin is cosy and well equipt with lots of toys and the outside area is amazing with plenty of natural environment along with fun equipment for the children to develop their emerging athletic and imaginative abilities and they even get outside come rain or shine with their wet suits and wellies. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a playgroup for ages 2–5 years.”

“My daughter loves the variety of play and activities that are on offer. She especially enjoys the cooking and being able to play outside all day. As a mum who doesn't take her and drop her off myself - I feel very out the loop as all info is pinned on the notice board. No letters home/emails etc.”

We are pleased your daughter is enjoying her time with us. Parental involvement is very important to us so we will take the following steps to ensure you are kept in the loop: 1. Review our records to ensure your email address is correctly entered in our distribution list. We send out termly newsletters and other updates as necessary. 2. Make an arrangement with you for you to see your child's special book. This contains photos and examples of work your child has completed. You can also add pictures or examples of work your child does at home. 3. Arrange regular telephone calls from your child's key person to give you an update on your progress. 4. You can also meet with Luisa or the key person at a time that suits you. 5. We will also consider any other suggestions you may have. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.
