“When my pen arrived in Chicago the ink cartridges had broken open and there was ink spilled everywhere. I contacted The Pen Co. and they quickly reimbursed me for the cartridges, and after a good rinse the pen is good as new. We agreed this problem was a result of the extremely cold (-17C!) temperatures this winter. I love my pen! Thanks to the Pen Co. for their quick and satisfying response. I will most certainly purchase from them again!”

“I ordered a Kaweco Lilliput fountain pen with engraving and a case as a Christmas present for my son. I was contacted by James (via voicemail and email) to advise the engraving wouldn’t fit where I had requested and he recommended an alternative place for it. There was then an issue with my payment and I was again quickly informed. Despite these issues the pen arrived in time for Christmas, it looks really lovely with the engraving and was greatly received on Christmas Day! The communication from the company was excellent and I can’t recommend this lovely company enough. I will definitely use them again.”

Hello Marianne, Many thanks for your feedback - unfortunately, we can find no record of you contacting us. The nibs you have order are intended to fit Kaweco pens - the model you have pictured is not a Kaweco pen and therefore these will not fit. To return the nibs simply post the back to us at the address on your receipt quoting your order number: 23120764 and we will be happy to refund your payment card for these.
