“We did Diamonds and Daggers but didn't receive all the materials. I emailed them a week before the party but never received a response, we went ahead and had the party anyway but crucial statements were missing so we didn't have the full experience. I guess there is no point for asking for a refund as they are not replying to emails! I won't use them again.”
