“Hi, as a new Macbook owner - its quite an old machine - I was wary of calling this company - - that came highly recommended - because I wasn't sure they'd want to speak to a user both with an old machine (2007) and who'd been a lifetime Windows user who knows next to nothing about Mac's. I could not have been more wrong. I just spoke with Lewis (Louis?) who was kind enough to give me 20 minutes of him time answering a couple of quite complex questions (for me that is) and many basic questions. There was no hint of a sell, never mind a hard sell - which no one likes these days - there was only friendly, helpful approachable and excellent help and information offered. I can't tell you how pleased I was other than by this review. I'm looking forward to taking my new/old toy to Macman for some TLC. Thank you very much”

“MacMan replaced my iPhone 5 battery for me. Brilliant service from start to finish. Replaced the battery checked and tested everything in a matter of about 3 hours plus notified me when ready. Phone like new now !”

“Dan provided exemplary help and service over the last couple of weeks in Brighton. My 2008 Mac was basically dead. He conclusively identified the problem and we agreed that it wasn't cost-effective to repair it. Once I bought a new one Dan transferred my data from my external hard-drive (that had been transferred onto there in a very confusing and expensive way by another organisation before I knew about MacMan), reinstated my applications in a way that, as I asked, I could take it home, plug it in and carry on as if nothing had happened. Throughout it all Dan was patient, unpatronising to this technological numpty (again, unlike another place), helpful beyond the call of duty, and altogether brilliant, and all for an extremely competitive rate. He lived MacMan's values. Thanks Dan. Unreservedly recommended.”

“Absolute magic. I took in a 2010 MacBook and it is now working better than ever. They also made my wife's old white Macbook as good as, if not better than, new. Putting in SSDs is definitely the way to go, and is excellent value.”

“Fantastic service. I have now taken 3 different phones to Mac man for repair and all have been dealt with promptly and efficiently. All phones have come back on time and in perfect condition which is far better than when they went in. All items which have been replaced look to be genuine parts and cannot be faulted.”
