They could not identify a recurrent fault in my laptop and so I suppose you could say that, by returning it to me in working order, that made me happy.

Very genial, knowlegeable, and helpful, producing a good result with my repair. Let me down a but inter timescale. Estimated a week, once the desired action was decided, and it took nearly two.

All sorted in a very methodical and seems professional manner. My only comment was that is there a way you could perhaps prioritise business machines to keep to a minimum the time it all took. My "graphics / video" whatever is called card was replaced. All is now well. At the time of failure my screen blinked to a full blue screen. Once the fault was diagnosed I assumed that the blinking screen issue would disappear. As this has not, can I assume its the monitor failing - or is it something further computer based?

A quick and friendly service. Good value for money with a transparent fee structure. Its really important to support local businesses and Macman is close to us.

Great service by friendly, knowledgeable guys. Only downside is that the new battery for my iPhone 4s has made very little difference at all so not really worth the £35 spent. Its not their fault as such, though a warning might have made me think twice about getting a replacement battery.

Buying experience (over the phone) was good, though had to make a bank transfer as card payments were available by phone (not a deal breaker). Was happy with the sales experience, but was a bit let down as I was waited for a txt confirmation of the delivery for 2 days. In the end I called back and spoke to a guy called James who was top notch, and sorted me out.

Polite and helpful advice, and price provided over the telephone. Took a little longer than expected before job completed (new screen) - said would be 3 days and was not ready until 4th day. Long time to be without i-pad even for me! Appreciate better than going direct to Apple.

This was the first I have used the Mac Man. They were polite and friendly, and explained their services to me clearly. No quibbles so far, and their pricing seems reasonable.
