“I approached Simon Phillips of The Insurance Store, initially regarding contents insurance. Whilst my main priority was to deal with someone I knew, price was also a factor. I provided Simon with the level of cover and price quoted by my current provider. He was able to source a competitive quote from a well known provider. I have now taken out both content and travel insurance policies with Simon. The level of service has been excellent on both occasions. For instance, for one policy, upon checking the detail, there was some minor amendments that needed changing, these were acted upon swiftly, efficiently and with the required time-frame. This has given me confidence to believe that the same will be true, should I ever need to make a claim in the future. I have no hesitation in recommending Simon and The Insurance Store, in the future. Regards Richard Ambrose Ambrose Designs”

“I recently asked Simon the unenviable task of finding a better car insurance deal for my Dad wh0 is 79 years old and loves a bargain. He has trawled the comparison sites and was sure that his renewal deal was the best that he could get - I told my slightly cynical father that Simon had assured me that they regularly beat the comparison sites. He had already automatically renewed with his existing insurer, but Simon and Justin were true to their word and managed to find him a deal that saved him over £100 on his existing renewal. My Dad managed to cancel the renewal with his existing insurer and is a very happy man. Many thanks, Simon & Justin!”

“Like it says no gimmicks, but the main thing for me is you pick up the phone & Simon or Justin are there to talk you though everything, none of this push 1 push 2 push 3 push 8000 !!!! and waiting on the phone 30mins AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH !! The Insurance store are the boys !”

“Been with the insurance store for 6 years now and couldn't be happier with the service they provide.I purchased a new Van on a Sunday and needed to switch cover from one van to another and Simon was good enough to get me cover that day as soon as purchase was made .Just one example of how Simon is prepared to go out of his way to help .Genuine brokers with competitive prices.Highly recommend.”

“I was very sceptical about moving Insurance brokers having had a long established relationship with another broker but circumstances change and Simon & Justin were recommended to me through my business network. Suffice to say this was a very shrewd investment of my time, even when handing over a considerable sum of money in the end!! I wanted to assess my household Insurance policy and suitability and after speaking with Simon and Justin, it was clear I had been given poor previous advice, was underinsured and paying over the odds for substandard policies that were in no way suitable or fit for my personal or business purposes. The impartial and friendly advice was fantastic and nice to have a local/family feel about them. They really put me at ease and made me feel comfortable with the new levels of Insurance I required and now I have 8 vehicles, home & buildings Insurance, travel & health insurance and several business related insurances all with The Insurance Store. I only popped in for home insurance! I cannot recommend these guys highly enough even though they did cost me a few extra pounds but well worth it.”
