“Liked the handles, the screws were quite long though and so damaged one of the handles when installing as it broke through the other side. I was more careful with the remaining handles even though it meant leaving some looser than I would have liked.”

Good Morning Olivia All our handles are supplied with 25mm screws, however, there is an option when buying the product, to choose a different length depending on the door/cupboard thickness. Many Thanks

“They send you the wrong qty I bought 20 of an item and 16 of another item. I informed after 2 days of receiving the goods. I reported ONE missing. They refused my claim on their impeccable process based on weight etc. Well how do you know if what they weigh is true when they arrive to you? Furthermore Are you supposed to weigh the package? I understood if it was 3/4 or more missing. Bad customer service and a lot to learn!”

Hi Bruno, We have processes in place when every order gets picked and packed to stop any discrepancies on our side as well as the customers. We weigh every order before and after it gets packed for dispatch and these figures are recorded for future use. Your order would have been recreated to determine the weight before any packing has taken place and we have found that at the time of packing and also the total weight recorded with our courier, We also do a stock check to be sure that all is correct before contacting the customer. Your order was correct so we can only assume that this missing item is on your side. We have first-class customer service as you will see with the reviews we have, but in your case, you haven't had the result you wanted hence the 1-star review when the facts have been presented to you.
