“I ordered just two handles and initially received the wrong items. Whilst somewhat annoyed I phoned the Company and explained my issue. The Customer Services contact was an unexpectedly superb advisor who listened and resolved the issue swiftly and without any extra hassle for myself. Brilliant! Other companies should use their model as best practice. Great service and many thanks.”
