“I recently purchased 30 art deco style dark bronze handles from the Handle Studio and they have transformed my kitchen and utility. The members of staff are helpful and delivery was prompt. I returned a sample that I did not want and was reimbursed very quickly. I recommend this company without any reservations.”

“I had bought some handles from Handle Studio a while back and wanted the same ones again so i checked the reference number & ordered 3 more. However these are not the same, they are thinner & more silver compared to the exisinting ones (which are pewter). I emailed the Handle Studio regarding this and was told they had changed supplier and that they couldnt do anything.”

Dear Nicki, We are sorry that you have given a 1 star review without much context, you placed an order with us for the said knob back in 2016, with any handle purchased 10 years ago they will age (go darker in colour) over that time frame period. We have no control on how and when the supplier will change a finish of a product, this product finish changed slightly about 6 years ago, there would have been a notice on our website to warn previous customers about this, the notice would have been on our website for around 6 months after we would have known there is a change in finish. We believe that a 1 star review is a little harsh in this case and would kindly ask you to revise this. Kind Regards, The Handle Studio.
