“Hi the young lady right from the start of answering the phone was most helpful she guided me through your webpage enabling me to view the handles I required it did take three times for me to finally arrive with what was desired and the same young lady was always the same friendly and helpful a credit to herself and I would suggest a great asset to your company I received and fitted the handles before Christmas they look great thank you very much Ivan Smith”

“Before contacting The Handle Studio, I was struggling to find cupboard and drawer handles that were not only strong enough, but would align with the holes of the handles that needed replacing. So I sent an email, which was replied to quickly and with the guidance needed. From this, I ordered a couple of handles as samples. These arrived within 2 days and not being sure they would be strong enough (integrated dishwasher), I sent another email. The response was again quick, resulting in ordering another pair of handles as samples. These again arrived with two days and as they were the preferred choice, I placed an order for some 30 handles, all of which arrived by courier the following day. Brilliant, and all fitted within 2 days of arriving. Really helpful staff”

“extremely helpful and no issues with getting samples and refund of samples before we made our final decison... the handles i chose were forged iron so because of that some were a little too rustic to use where i wanted but i had bought several spares so wasnt an issue... i may get around to sending those back, or i will use for another project - where im not so fussy! recommend this company and will be back if i need any more handles. x”
